Just about everyone! We have patients ranging from 15 years old, all the way up to those in their 70s and 80s. Massage is also ideal for people with mobility issues and muscle tightness.

Multiple Therapists & Many Techniques
We feature many massage approaches in our practice. Although our therapists primarily do deep tissue massage to work the muscle tissue, other methods are available, including cupping. We have two different massage therapists, they each have their own techniques and twists that they can give to the massage.
That way patients can experience what they like in the massage and choose a different massage therapist that’s available. For example, if you prefer a firmer touch, we have a massage therapist that can provide that approach. On the other hand, if you’re seeking a lighter-touch massage, a different therapist can provide that.
